Sofia is on the changing table and Nomsa is undressing her to bath. She looks at the filmmaker and smiles. Nomsa notices the smile and comments. Once undressed, Nomsa asks Sofia if she is a naked, naked girl. Sofia looks directly at Nomsa, smiling broadly. Nomsa takes Sofia to the bath, telling the filmmaker that today is a rushed day as everyone has to be ready to go to Raphael’s school Christmas concert. She bathes Sofia mainly in silence, rubbing soap onto her body and then splashing it off. Sofia looks around while in the bath, her mouth moving as if to eat the splashes and the soap.

After bathing Sofia is dressed in a floral babygrow and is taken to her crib to play with her hanging mobile toy (not shown in the scene) while Nomsa bathes to other children, including Raphael’s friend Pia.
